These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of acti.live (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Acti Live Incorporated (“Acti,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or joining our launch list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is currently a pre-launch “coming soon” page that lets you join a launch list. The Acti application and matching service are not yet available, and nothing on the Site is an offer to provide them. Any features, pricing, or availability described or implied may change, and we make no promise that Acti will launch on any particular timeline or at all.
When you submit your email address, you are added to our launch list. We use it to let you know when Acti launches and to share occasional updates directly related to that launch. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. How we handle your email is described in our Privacy Policy.
You may use the Site only if you are able to form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The Acti name, logo, and the text, graphics, and design on the Site are owned by Acti Live Incorporated or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
We use Google Cloud (provided by Google LLC) to host the Site and store launch-list sign-ups. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, which are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site or service.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any product or feature referenced on it will become available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acti Live Incorporated and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
