When you sign up on our coming-soon page, we collect:
We do not collect anything else through this page.
We use your email to let you know when Acti launches and to share occasional updates directly related to that launch. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form. We will not use your address for anything else.
We do not sell or rent your information. We use Google Cloud (provided by Google LLC) to host the site and store sign-ups; Google processes this data on our behalf as our service provider. We do not share your email with anyone else.
Sign-ups are stored on Google Cloud servers located in the United States.
We keep your email until you ask us to remove it, or until the launch list is no longer needed — whichever comes first.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. You may also contact us at ken@acti.live to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights over your data; contact us and we will honor them.
Acti is intended for adults. This sign-up is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we update this notice, we will change the date at the top of this page.
